We have some exciting news to share with you from Elite Housing Management Company, our new management company. They developed a free Portal App to download on your smart phone & it is available to all homeowners!
This wonderful app is available at the Google Play store by searching for "Elite Housing Management” and then downloading it free of charge. Once you’ve installed & registered, you can pay your dues, check any balance owed and many other features. One section to highlight is the Report section. Say you’re strolling through the neighborhood and you see a broken sprinkler head or something else that needs our attention. All you have to do is just tap the location icon or simply enter the address, then take a picture which downloads directly to Elite Housing Management. They will know what attention is needed immediately & to where. You can also report violations in the same way, if it so moves you.
The exciting things about this app are it’s available free to all homeowners & it allows for real time communication to Elite. This will allow the board of directors to serve our community in a timely, efficient manner & we all know how communication is the key to success for any HOA. Please enjoy the app & know that your board is working with Elite & its advancements in communications for all of us & the betterment of Chandelle.
When you receive your notice from Elite Management, please know that you are NOT required to advise of your automobiles & license plate numbers. It's just a form they use, so please don't worry about that portion of the forms. If you are having issues logging in, try their website at ttps://www.ehmusa.com & sign up in the top right-hand corner.A huge THANK YOU to Al & Lisa Spencer for doing a fantastic job on the entrances to our subdivision. This was all volunteer work & we are so thankful for you guys & for your moving to our little slice of heaven. The flowers & flower beds look great!! If anybody else would be so kind as to donate money to Al & Lisa, then we can look at getting the Palm Lake entrance finished & looking just as fantastic!
Developed in 1993 by Classic Homes, Chandelle is a picturesque neighborhood in Southwest Pensacola. Our community is made up of 269 single-family residences and five lakes located minutes from the back gate of NAS Pensacola, Big Lagoon, the Big Lagoon State Park, Perdido Key and the Alabama state line. Home of the "Blue Angels", where we get a front row seat when they perform.
Owners can register and log in to view information that cannot be viewed by the public, e.g. financial statements and minutes. Once logged in, you can also customize your privacy settings within both your Account and Member settings. If you do not have a log in, please click 'register' at the top right of this page.
