June 24, 2021 - Just a heads up that CHOA will be transitioning away from this website to the Elite Housing Management one in the near future. We will try to keep this one up-to-date, but the EHM one is superior & will have everything on it. The BOD wanted you to be aware. If you know a neighbor who isn't aware of it, please share or tell a board member & we'll get Elite to get them registered. Thank you!!
May 13, 2021 - I want to first thank you all for sticking with us through the recent changes here at Elite. From this point forward all Architectural Reviews will be handled by Mrs. Ronette at corporate. You can reach out to her with any questions you may have. Her email is [email protected] . April 8, 2021 - Hi friends & neighbors. We have an entirely new board & we just hired a new management company as the last one gave us notice that they didn't want to manage us anymore. They left us. We're going to make mistakes, that's a promise, but they are not intentional. If you happen to notice something that needs to be addressed, please reach out to any of the board members & give us a friendly reminder of what may need to be completed. We'll try to get on it as quickly as possible. Thanks for understanding.
